We'll have two types of cards available, on in honor of the recipient and the other in memoriam. (examples below)

The process is simple.
- Head to our online giving page or drop a check in the giving plate at our Main Campus with 'FMSC' in the memo.
- Stop by the Welcome Desk at our Main Campus (14200 Petersburg Rd) or the Office Annex (14320 Cemetery Rd).
- Pick up a gift card to fill out and present to your loved one.
